Find out how we created and referenced Carole's site to attract more customers and make her company a team building reference.

+150 Customers since ChatGPT
Carole contacted us because she wanted to make 2025 a decisive year for the growth of her company, Wakataka, which specializes in outdoor activities and team building.
She wanted a website that could highlight the quality of its services and transmit all the energy of Wakataka on a daily basis, while massively attracting B2B and B2C prospects and converting them much more effectively.
We therefore opted for an advanced site structure, organized around the various activities offered and the material available.

The biggest problem with his site was its communication. As it is aimed at several types of customers — businesses, but also individuals, whether adults, children or adolescents — we had to take the time to fully understand Wakataka's positioning in order to create a website that speaks effectively to its target audience, while highlighting existing activities and content.
Given the large number of activities offered, with many keywords to target, we had to structure the site strategically from the start of the service. Each page had to be unique, with a coherent architecture, in order to optimize natural referencing while maximizing visitor conversion.

Once Carole filled out our onboarding form and participated in the initialization call, we started by thoroughly analyzing her competitors, in particular on the keyword “B2B team building”, one of the most competitive in its sector of activity.
Using our internal software, we extracted and cross-referenced the data from this analysis with information from her former WordPress site as well as information she had sent us in the form.
This phase was essential to identify the high potential keyword opportunities, in direct connection with the services that Wakataka already offers.
Based on this, we designed its new site on Webflow, relying on a design validated in advance with Carole.
At the same time, we developed a structured semantic silo, guaranteeing optimal content organization for natural referencing.
This method allowed us to build a site that was both efficient, clear and fully aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Once the site structure was finalized, we wrote and optimized the first blog posts using our SEO editorial support tool.
Each item was then checked manually to ensure its quality, both in terms of content and form, with a single objective: achieve the best possible positioning on Google.

The service resulted in a site optimized for SEO, perfectly meeting Carole's specifications, but above all a site that converts.
Thanks to this advanced redesign, the site now attracts many more visitors than before. Carole now receives 30 times more requests than before. While it used to be satisfied with 4 to 5 customers, this figure is now its daily volume.
To support this growth, we have implemented conversion optimizations in order to relieve its customer support. Many prospects, interested in its services, called directly via its site. Now, her calendar is directly integrated into her site, allowing customers to book a session without having to contact her first.
Today, we support Carole on a monthly basis in her referencing in order to consolidate her leadership and ensure that Wakataka is the only reference when companies think of organizing a team outing.
